(More customer reviews)I bought this for making home made bread without expecting much from it because a wood spoon didn't work very well and a wire whisk was nearly impossible to clean. This silly little stick with a bit of twisted wire on the end has made things so much easier for me. I can mix more bread dough with it than with a wire whisk or wood spoon and it is extremely easy to clean. I wouldn't dream of making bread without it.
