I am extremely pleased with this toaster. The big selling points for me were:
1. The toaster poaches an egg (which is something I would not take the time to do normally, especially during the week).
2. It has the option to just toast or just cook an egg if you prefer.
3. It prepares food so that it's ready at the same time so it's all hot.
4. It's a big time saver.
True enough, you could make a breakfast sandwich with a skillet and regular toaster, but you could not poach an egg or boil and egg in that amount of time, and you would have to be actively involved in preparing the breakfast. I can start my breakfast with the push of a button and walk away until it is done. The meats I have used are Canadian bacon and Morning Star Sausage Patties and they come out perfectly.

Combining the functions of a toaster and an egg poacher, this unique, easy-to-use egg-and-muffin toaster makes the ultimate breakfast sandwich in about four minutes. The appliance conveniently toasts bread while simultaneously cooking a soft or hard-poached egg. Simply add favorite sandwich ingredients and start the machine. In minutes a hot, healthy sandwich is ready to enjoy at home or on the go. The unit's design allows for hard boiling up to four eggs at a time, and its wide toasting slots accommodate muffins, bagels, and croissants. In addition, the appliance offers individual toasting or poaching functions for operating one without the other, as well as automatic shut-off for safety and simple-to-clean touchpad controls. The egg-and-muffin toaster measures 14 by 7 by 8 inches.
