(More customer reviews)When the requirements were written for this product, they left out the need to clean it. Unfortunately, to properly clean this after use, you will need a wrench to remove the meat shuttle and you will have to remove the blade to clean properly under it. I truly can't believe that this product has been built with such a major oversight. Don't waste your money on this product.
