(More customer reviews)We purchased our Wolfgang Puck stand mixer for our new cupcake shop,along with a couple of KitchenAid mixers.The Wolfgang mixer is very comparable in appearance and preformance for a more reasonable price,than the other mixers.The wolfgang mixer is louder when it runs,sounds a bit like a plane taking off.When we ran it while customers were in the shop it was difficult to hear cupcake orders.I will say that our 4th of July special Red Velvet cupcake was a chance to compare preformance of the two mixers.We sold out and had to make more cupcakes, one of our newly purchased KitchenAids stopped working and we had to make the same red velvet with the Wolfgang mixer,same everything except for the different mixer and the second batch of red velvet turned out better than the first,could it be that the Wolfgang mixer made the difference?
